FAQ

Where do you get your peppers from?

Most of our hot sauces are made with peppers grown right here in Mallorytown. We grow as much as we can during the summer and supplement the rest with store bought peppers.

How hot is your hottest sauce?

Our hottest sauce is pretty hot! I consider myself a seasoned heat expert and for me, this one is at the top of my tolerability. It is made with a blend of extremely hot peppers.

Why is my hot sauce separating?

We don’t use any preservatives or binders that hold the hot sauce together. Our sauces are all-natural and don’t have additives or preservatives. As such, you may see some separation in your bottle, just shake it up!

Why are there bubbles in my honey?

You might notice a thin layer of white foam on the surface of our Hotter Than Honey or see marble-like patterns and white spots on the upper sides of the jar. These features are due to air bubbles rising to the top and hanging out with the dried chili peppers.
